The opportunity:

We are looking for a talented, well organised, positive and personable self-starter to work with our small Sales and Marketing teams, ensuring the success of our customer interaction with our product and business.

This role is hands on, picking up inbound enquiries and chaperoning prospective clients through the initial demo, order an on-boarding, to on-going use, support, renewal and upsell.

About you

You are excited about developing client leads through the sales process and into signed contracts. You will have an eye for both the detail and opportunity- always looking for how we can do more for our clients or prospective clients. You will work directly with the Customer Success Director, understanding the nuances of our offering and refining the process of onboarding new opportunities. All the time making opportunities to upsell, cross sell, feedback into the product and future of the business.

Streamlining the processes along the way will come naturally to you and you will have experience in doing this in a CRM, setting automations and seamless integrations.

  • Client enquiry handling (new and existing) – manage prospects from ‘interested’ through to purchase, your focus is great services- whilst making a sale.

  • Streamline the process of converting, upselling and maintenance of customers

  • Coordination of client work into the team

  • Capturing client use insights and feature requests
  • Exploring new markets and refining client delivery processes
  • Automating any process where-ever possible

Desired skills and Personal qualities:

  • At least a year of experience in sales/ customer service role
  • Knowledge of sales strategy, product demonstration and sales reports
  • Ability to sell products and services, ideally experience demonstrating SaaS products
  • Strong networking skills to build relationships with prospective and existing clients
  • Adept at using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools such as Hubspot and data, ideally dealing with integrations and automations
  • Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills

This role is based in Leeds, it’s a collaborative role, therefore a minimum of 3 days per week in-person at our offices, working face to face with your colleagues.
