About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Office Manager/EA to join our team. This is a hybrid role combining office management duties with personal assistant support for our COO. You’ll be the glue that keeps the office running smoothly and a trusted partner helping senior colleagues focus on what they do best.
This role suits someone who thrives in a varied, people-focused role – a natural organiser who’s comfortable wearing many hats.
What You’ll Be Doing
Office Management (approx. 40%)
- Supporting HR processes – onboarding, ensuring Line Managers schedule 1-2-1’s, birthdays, team wellbeing
- Handling basic admin tasks like subscriptions, holiday booking and expenses
- Keeping our Leeds HQ welcoming, tidy and well-stocked
- Managing office suppliers, utilities and maintenance
Executive Assistant (approx. 30%)
- Managing diaries, scheduling meetings and booking travel for leadership team
- Supporting with email, inbox and comms management
- Preparing agendas, note-taking and following up on actions
- Helping manage internal and external stakeholders
- Keeping everything confidential, calm and on track
Event support (approx. 30%)
- Coordinating team events, socials and off-sites (we like a connect as a team!)
- Supporting the marketing team with; research for marketing events, keeping track of quotes/budgets, contacting attendees etc.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in a similar role (Office Manager, PA or EA)
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident communicator with a friendly, can-do attitude
- Discreet, reliable and comfortable handling sensitive information
- Tech-savvy – comfortable using different tools to drive efficiency
- Bonus points if you’ve worked in a scale-up, tech or data environment
