Cavan Conway Commercial Associate
Cavan brings a background in specialist recruitment and relationship management. With a BSc in Economics from Lancaster University and a keen interest in data, he was drawn to The Data City’s mission of helping organisations better understand industries through real-time intelligence.
Before joining The Data City, Cavan specialised in healthcare recruitment, where he built trusted relationships with clients and candidates across Australia. That experience strengthened his consultative approach and reinforced his belief that the best outcomes come from listening first, asking the right questions and understanding what people are trying to achieve.
Working closely with the Managing Director, Cavan supports new business opportunities, strategic partnerships and customer relationships.
Outside of work, Cavan is a keen football fan and an avid Leeds United supporter. He loves travelling, having lived and worked across three continents, enjoys playing guitar, and starts his Saturday mornings with a parkrun (ideally followed by a good coffee!).
