Anagha joined The Data City in 2023 as a placement student. Anagha has now graduated from the University of Nottingham, with a BA in Politics and International Relations with Certification in Quantitative Methods, and has joined the team as a full-time data analyst.

With an efficient and precise work ethic, Anagha focuses upon the quality assurance of our RTICs – from list-building to URL matching. Alongside this, Anagha engages in content creation and our many client projects.
Outside of work, Anagha enjoys an array of sports, travelling, and video games!
Ryan Williams Business Development Executive
Ryan joined us in October 2025 and will be using his experience in SaaS B2B sales to champion The Data City to prospects across the globe.
Ryan worked in a busy bar at the heart of York during his time at University, and this is where he figured out that a working environment he thrives in is one filled with people. He graduated with a BA in Business Management and jumped straight into business development, specifically in the Business Intelligence industry. Now, he is a part of the new frontiers team at The Data City, taking us global.
Anna Fysh Marketing Campaign Manager
Anna is a Campaign Manager with over seven years’ experience delivering high-performing marketing campaigns.
She has a strong background in shaping brand and digital strategy, creative development, and integrated campaign delivery, and has worked for well-known brands including Deloitte, Asda and Whirlpool.
Anna joined The Data City in January 2026 and leads end-to-end B2B campaigns across paid media, content, ABM and web, helping us bring our story to life.
Andy Crowder Head of Marketing
Andy is a multi-faceted digital marketer with over 11 years’ experience working with brands and agencies.
Heading up an integrated digital marketing team at his previous agency, Andy has a background in SEO, social media, paid media, brand reputation, content marketing and brand strategy, and has worked with a wide range of well known companies from Goodyear tires to ADT alarms.
Andy helps to lead the marketing team at the Data City, and is responsible for communicating our key products and services to our customers. Working with the wider business, Andy is also responsible for the wider marketing strategy and approach, growing our client base through targeted online and offline campaigns.
Laura Burton Marketing Coordinator
Laura joined The Data City with a solid background in SaaS content marketing.
Prior to her current role, Laura held various positions in marketing teams where she honed her skills in content creation, campaign management, and strategic planning.
Laura works alongside Andy and leads the development and execution of our content strategies, ensuring alignment with our overall business aims. Additionally, Laura manages The Data City’s social media presence, engaging with our online community to foster positive relationships.
Emma Forber National Accounts Director
Emma has worked in the data and information sector for 14 years, helping to build a SaaS business from start-up to partnering with some of the worlds largest analyst firms.
With a ‘people first’ focus Emma ensures that what is delivered is done with thought, clarity and empathy, all while guaranteeing the health of the business with a robust MRR model. Emma’s main focus at The Data City is to showcase the capabilities of the platform to the right people, driving growth and product development to ensure we continue on our mission to improve the way the economy is analysed.
Jack Lewis Solutions Architect
Jack has transitioned his masters in Geographical Information Systems (GIS) to data analytics. From University he enrolled in the Leeds Institute for Data Analytics (LIDA) internship programme accelerating his development in using code as a tool to generate accurate data. During this period at Leeds University, he contributed to a specific research project exploring food deserts.
As a Solutions Architect, Jack is a valuable contact across a wide variety of business areas, ensuring technical accuracy and delivery for both client and internal teams. With 6 years at The Data City, his deep understanding of the company’s data enables him to excel in this role. In this role as a solutions architect, he focuses on bridging the gap between business requirements and technical implementation, working with the dev team to deliver solutions that are both effective and scalable.
Drawing on his experience as The Data City’s Data Engineer, Jack was critical in designing and implementing much of the production data pipeline that underpins the company’s data today. His approach to data quality has had a lasting influence on how data is managed and maintained throughout the organisation. While Jack brings a calm and approachable presence to the team, he is known for his exacting standards when it comes to the structure and cleanliness of data processes.
Molly Beetham Customer Success Executive
Molly is a results-driven Customer Success & Sales Executive with a proven track record in driving customer satisfaction, retention, and growth within SaaS environments.
Experienced in managing high-value accounts, optimising user engagement strategies, and leading cross-functional initiatives to enhance customer success.
Passionate about building strong stakeholder relationships, implementing scalable onboarding programs, and leveraging data-driven insights to drive product adoption. Molly specialises in developing customer-centric solutions, process standardization, and user training to maximize platform value.
Responsibility at TDC:
Molly oversees the full client journey at The Data City—from inquiry to onboarding and ongoing support—focusing on excellent service and growth through upselling and cross-selling. She delivers demos, prepares proposals, manages opportunities, and leads client training. Molly ensures efficient internal coordination, gathers client feedback for product improvement, and supports market expansion, service refinement, and workflow automation.
